Former South African President Thabo Mbeki has accused the ruling party of the ANC for abandoning the non-discrimination policy and has said that the party is a party of black people only because of its policy on land that they decided to take.
Mbeki’s remarks issued at the time of the current president Cyril Ramaphosa claiming that the country’s constitution will be amended to allow land acquisition from whites without paying compensation to be distributed to black people.
Mbeki said the ruling party was fighting against racism in the country to bring equality and freedom to all people regardless of color or location.
Mbeki’s pre-leaked post, described the discontent and the way that the party has decided to take over the land by force white people and give them the black citizens of the country free of charge.
The ANC’s decision to revise the constitution on land, has led to even the western states that have warned to lay down South Africa’s sanctions.
